Purchased workshop seats are non-refundable. If you can not make the class after purchasing a seat we can hold a seat for you for another workshop of equal or lesser value. Cancellations by the host or teacher due to emergencies or inclement weather will result in a new date being picked within a week of cancellation. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and ensure your experience with us is positive!
